The miniature world of a baby squirrel [2012-03-17]
We were not even half-way through our frenzy preparations for the new baby season when the first baby dropped in our hands, whining in pain. It was a newborn baby squirrel attacked by a predator with a broken leg, teeth markings all over its body and a body temperature that had already dropped very low. The red-haired little one was silently whimpering in pain and slowly giving itself up to the cold.

On February 2nd 2012 the District Court of Vidin carried out the first session of the process against Stefan Gavrilov regarding his attempt to smuggle two Bonelli’s Eagle through the Vidin Ferry border point in March 2010.

The Flying Dutchman – Griffon Vulture K07 returned to Bulgaria! [2012-02-06]
After being rescued by our colleagues in Turkey, the Flying Dutchman K07, released within the Vultures Return to Bulgaria LIFE08 NAT/BG/278 Project, was transported back to Bulgaria on February 2nd 2012 with a day delay due to the severe weather conditions.
